How to install it with Win10?

Thank you for open-sourcing this powerful tool!
May I ask if there are any other ways to install this package on Windows 10 besides using Docker? I have been able to install it successfully on Ubuntu, but unfortunately, I have been unable to do so on Windows.

I guess not as GROBID currently does not support Windows:
