Changelog

Added fields related to consensus in block metadata: attestations and preattestations. They can be null when the corresponding consensus operations are not required in the block. Otherwise, they contain three fields: the total_committee_power and threshold, as described in the consensus documentation, and the recorded_power, summing the power of all (pre)attestations of the block.
