Static Site Generator Tests

Create a set of unit tests for the Tutors Static generator. Use the reference course as a first tests case.

This is the reference course repo:

This run the tutors generator, execute this command:

deno run -A jsr:@tutors/tutors-publish-html

Or you can use the `tutors-puiblish-html' launch script in source repository for the generator:

• https://github.com/tutors-sdk/tutors-apps

The tests should verify that the generated course matches this reference version:

• https://tutors-reference-course-html.netlify.app/
