Steps to reproduce
- Launch PowerToys.
- Navigate to General settings.
- Enable "Run at startup".
- Restart PowerToys OR Windows.
- "Run at startup" switch reverts to the disabled position and doesn't launch on Windows startup.
✔️ Expected Behavior
The "Run at startup" switch should save its state after PowerToys restart and/or Windows is restarted.
❌ Actual Behavior
The "Run at startup" switch in the PowerToys General settings pane will revert to the disabled position after closing and re-launching PowerToys. This means that on Windows startup, PowerToys won't launch unless manually added to the shell:startup folder. In this case, it will launch on startup but the "Run at startup" switch in PowerToys settings will still be disabled.
