feat(browser): implement HTTP request mocking in browser context

Description

I added network interception to Vitest’s Browser Mode. Compared to my previous PR (#9011), this version follows an MSW-like interface for the user-facing API. WebdriverIO’s network mock proved unstable (esp. Firefox), so HTTP mocking is currently supported only on Playwright.
