compare_motifsfunction earlier compared FIMO scores and p-values for two sequences. Now, it can optionally take attributions for the two sequences and compare their site_attr_scores and motif_attr_scores.scoreandp-valuetofimo_scoreandfimo_p-valuefor clarity.
