Khogendra Rupini is the founder of Levoric Learn, an open source educational platform dedicated to providing accessible and high quality learning resources for developers and students around the world.
After studying Arts at Jiban Tripura Higher Secondary School from 2018 to 2024 with a focus on History, Political Science and English, he made a bold decision. He chose not to complete twelfth grade or pursue traditional school or college life. Instead, he followed his passion for technology, building skills in programming, web development and emerging technologies through self learning and practical projects.
As a web designer and front end developer, Khogendra specializes in HTML, CSS and JavaScript with a strong focus on creating responsive and user centered interfaces. He also has a solid understanding of backend technologies including PHP, MySQL, Node.js, TypeScript, SCSS, Python and MongoDB with extensive experience in database architecture and management.
At nineteen years of age, Khogendra serves as the lead developer and primary contributor to Levoric Learn. His preferred front end technologies are JavaScript, HTML and CSS which he uses to design modern and engaging digital experiences.
Khogendra began his development journey in 2019 by learning HTML and CSS. Over time he expanded his knowledge across backend systems, databases and cybersecurity. By 2023 he had developed into a full stack developer and by 2025 he had gained more than six years of hands on experience in web development and user experience design.
Driven by a passion for technology and education, Khogendra continues to enhance Levoric Learn with new features, tools and content, establishing it as a valuable resource for learners and developers around the world.
Khogendra also contributes to MDN Web Docs, Bootstrap and the World Wide Web Consortium. He supports these platforms by fixing bugs, improving code, correcting property and typography issues, improving translations and solving technical problems through careful analysis.

At age fourteen Khogendra entered the world of technology. He learned basic HTML and began to understand how websites function. This experience sparked his interest in development.
2020
Khogendra continued learning about how the internet works and began studying web structure and online systems.
2021
Khogendra strengthened his understanding of HTML and CSS. He frequently practiced styling concepts and interface experiments.
2022
During this year he focused on studying CSS in depth, gaining clarity in layout design, component behavior and the importance of individual properties.
2023
Khogendra expanded his technical experience by learning JavaScript, backend technologies and cybersecurity. He also developed the Levoric Learn platform.
2024 and 2025
These years marked progress in cybersecurity knowledge. Khogendra learned how to secure websites, servers and infrastructure from modern threats.
