Its hard to find errors in the logs without a timestamp as we dont know when the error occured. This is something we want to help the support department. Therefore, the time the screen appeard should have a iso timestamp.

Coincidentally I have discussed this with @ArnoutvdKnaap this week. Besides the timestamp we have a strong use-case for the current hostname as well. Since we run multiple (interconnected) instances of EB, we never know what instance threw the exception. |
