- Tries to configure CNMI to a SIM800L supported mode if original setting fails (could be done via checking supported modes) - Delivery Status reports are delivered via CDS instead of CDSI (Probably Since the status reports are stored in TE) Added support for getting the the delivery status that way.

@bennyslbs I've merged all forks into one. SIM800L support merged here please check it out and do a pull request there if you found any bugs. |
