Code Review
This pull request correctly pins the react version to 19.2.1 to address a security vulnerability. However, to ensure consistency and prevent potential issues, react-dom should also be pinned to the same version. More critically, the package-lock.json file is missing from this change. After updating dependencies, you must run your package manager's install command and commit the updated lock file to ensure the changes are applied consistently across all environments.
