Added the Speakers name field just before the list of speakers.
Added "Ire" & "Chris" image to the images folders so as to display on the Readme.md file
Changed Chirs photo extenson from "jpg" to "png"
Added the target="_blank" Attribute so as to specifies where I want the browser to open the link.
