Should get us the caching behaviour & speed up the next builds
Gave up and dealt with it offline given there were many subtle things (e.g. introduced by the new definition of StateT).

It looks like the module
Text.Parser.Polymorphicwas missed when updating the library to use version 2.0 of the Agda standard library. The README text also needs an update.
