Chatbot Designer Utility

Summary

Add a new chatbot-designer utility page with a three-column layout: designer controls, live preview, and generated code tabs.
Provide configurable UI settings (colors, layout density, spacing, radii, typography, streaming toggle).
Generate copy/paste outputs for both React snippet and JSON config.
Add SEO content and register the tool in the utilities list and CMDK.

Changes

New utility page at /utilities/chatbot-designer.
New config + code generator helper in components/utils/chatbot-designer.utils.ts.
SEO component for the new tool.
Tool entry added to components/utils/tools-list.ts.
