- Upgraded pre-commit hooks (`ruff-pre-commit` to v0.13.3, `pyproject-fmt` to v2.7.0). - Updated Python dependencies: `attrs`, `bump-my-version`, `certifi`, `identify`, `mcp`, and `multidict` to latest versions.
