start_on_threadto make aGenServerto be started in it's own dedicated thread. (different fromspawn_blockingthat uses tokio blocking thread pool)send_message_onto spawn a task on a future and send a message to aGenServerwhen the future completes. Useful to let theGenServerknow when ctrl_c signal is thrown.
