Description

This PR introduces a standardized template for "Meet the Maintainer" posts, based on the existing format used in previous posts. The template follows the structure of our blog posts to ensure consistency across all future "Meet the Maintainer" entries.

If it doesn't, then comment out the invalid references to images or put in temporary valid placeholders.
