This adds a use page to explain various ways to use/embed Quadbase content in learning resources.
Note that help/topics/embed_in_LMS references OST obliquely (not by name, but with a link to our about page). If we're not ready to mention OST on Quadbase yet, feel free to comment out.
Also, JP, I borrowed formatting from help/index.html.erb for questions/use.hml.erb. But for some reason the use doc is narrower width than it should be. Check it out? Thx
