This pull request adds comprehensive documentation to help users set up Azure accounts, check and update AI model quotas, troubleshoot common deployment errors, and clean up resources after failed deployments. The changes are focused on improving onboarding and support for Azure deployments, making it easier for users to resolve issues independently.

Documentation for Azure onboarding and troubleshooting:

  • Azure Account Setup: Added a new guide (AzureAccountSetup.md) detailing how to create an Azure account, required permissions, and how to verify your access roles in the Azure Portal.
  • AI Model Quota Management: Introduced documentation (AzureAIModelQuotaSettings.md) describing how to check quota availability, request quota increases, and manage model deployments in the Azure AI Foundry portal.

Troubleshooting and recovery guides:

  • Troubleshooting Steps: Created a detailed troubleshooting guide (TroubleShootingSteps.md) listing common Azure deployment errors, their causes, and step-by-step resolutions, including quota, region, resource, and naming issues.
  • Resource Cleanup After Failed Deployment: Added instructions (DeleteResourceGroup.md) for manually deleting resource groups and individual resources in the Azure Portal after a failed deployment, with screenshots and tips for handling locked resources.## Purpose
