Add concurrency groups to prevent multiple workflow runs for the same PR or branch
Use direct installation script to have more control over the version and path
- Remove unused ports and update app names in CI check script - Increase default wait timeout from 30s to 240s - Replace pnpm serve command with nx run-many for parallel execution - Simplify wait logic by removing CI-specific path and using unified timeout

raven-actions/actionlint@v2 runs npm install internally which fails on pnpm workspace repos due to workspace:* protocol. Switch to direct binary download which has no npm dependency. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
