This allows switching to the new /autoscaling_metrics endpoint for LFC metrics that is introduced in
neondatabase/neon#12591.

Are there more config files somewhere for staging/production environments, where I need to also add the new Path field? I tried to grep for 9499 and couldn't find anything.
