Prevents swallowing of MouseMove events in other Mouse Events, which presents itself in OpenFl with DOM rendered TextFields. Listening to MOUSE_MOVE on the stage would not fire when hovering over a TextField, and stage.mouseX / stage.mouseY would not update.
