Hi @MikeOpenHWGroup I think it is out of date with regards to the EF IP process. Will come back ASAP with updated steps. |

Any update on this @DBees? If not, let's get this merged in and then issue another pull-request to better align with the Eclipse Foundation IP process. This is time sensitive as Dolphin is pushing towards Project Freeze for CV32E40P v2. |

This update adds the "IP" tab to the TRL-5 checklist. It is a spreadsheet version of IPChecklist.md created for the CV32E40P v1.0.0.
