Deprecate the rest documented natives from a_npc.inc

1. This PR adds docs deprecation note for those natives: SendChat, SendCommand, PauseRecordingPlayback and ResumeRecordingPlayback (all others like StartRecordingPlayback and StopRecordingPlayback already have a similar note).

2. It also changes unpause to resume everywhere related to NPC documentation as the second word was originally used in ResumeRecordingPlayback and should be more clear and correct.

3. Notes were also synced with those translations where it was possible to ctrl+c/ctrl+v them from similar articles (for example, zh-cn had one for StartRecordingPlayback and StopRecordingPlayback, so I added it for PauseRecordingPlayback and ResumeRecordingPlayback as well).

• Added some improvements to the changes from previous PR:
  • Gametext styles page now give links for all libs which fix the default gametext styles too
  • Corrected "Nickk's Textdraw Editor" name in awesome list
• Updated gta sa shop positions, the correct coords are now taken from game files
