Logging might be a bit excessive but it was useful for debugging.

This should work locally just run-authorize-and-store-smoldot-docker.
The next PR modifies justfile a bit so that CI works too.
I am neither shell nor just expert, open to suggestions 🙏

just run-authorize-and-store-smoldot-docker- to run the flow.I could've parametrized
run-authorize-and-store-smoldotbut I prefer to keep those flows separate.
