Looks good to me, nice job ✅ We only need to keep in mind to set the correct value for GOOGLE_CONTACT_SPREADSHEET_ID in our envs after we merge.

Also, what do you think if we also link to the same form/page on the 'Contact us' button of the individuals page, see screenshot? I think linking to the Google form is super ugly and even if we built the contact form for businesses, it's still better IMO.
