不需要清理旧缓存逻辑，重新安装后脚本会自行清理
另外这个逻辑有几率和 checkUserScriptsAvailable 冲突，首先因为缓存中的unregister取消注册一次，然后在checkUserScriptsAvailable中可能又会执行一次 unregister 导致报错 check 失效
另外同id时，如果同时check，有概率重复register导致check失效
