Console output update

• added possible cause to the console output when no ip was detected

reason this change is:
it took me too much effort to find out why my ip coud not be detected...
becous i was missleaded by the output:

• ´Verify your ISP or DNS provider isn't blocking Cloudflare's IPs.´

so i added an other possible cause that the standardgateway was not set correctly.

Please merge this to the master branch
