Remove unused AztecVerificationPromptHelper

This code hasn't been used since 2024. I can't point to a particular commit, but pre-publishing email verification requirement is not longer a thing.

This change was performed in the scope of removing dated illustrations. It uses one for FancyAlertViewController, which is also deprecated.
